Amoble IT Services Inc. (“Amoble”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting personal information in compliance with applicable laws. This information may include but is not limited to your name, mailing address, phone number, email address, precise geolocation data, credit card number, income, banking information, and creditor information (“Personal Information”). Personal Information, however, does not include your name, business title or business address and business telephone number in your capacity as an employee of an organization.

SERVICES:

AMOBLE AUTO: is an application developed for the purpose of keeping records of individuals and Businesses' vehicle usage for the purpose of taxation. It can be used by individuals who use their personal cars for business (examples are the UBER, TAXES drivers). The application keeps records of the distance traveled, Gas expenses, Car maintenance and repairs, car insurance, car payments, and many more;
AUTO-SIGNFLOW: is a web-based application for digital signage. This application is designed for small and big businesses owners that want to transform their signage and information board to a digital screen(s). This application requires creating a profile on the website and uploading or creating a graphic through the embedded AI image generator on the application.
Users can choose from the 3 types of subscriptions available. Depending on the number of digital media player(s) needed locally, every user's subscription will differ.

By using any Amoble Service(s), including Auto-SignFlow Digital Signage, Amoble Auto or other Amoble Applications, as may become available, you consent to the collection of your Personal Information and to the data practices described in this Policy. If you do not agree with our policies, please do not use our Service(s).

Information We Collect

We collect Personal Information i) that you voluntarily provide to us when you express an interest in obtaining information about us or our Services; ii) via your use of the Service(s); iii) from third-party service providers who facilitate your exercise and use of our Service(s). The Personal Information we collect in connection with our Service(s) may include the following: account information, business profile, precise location data, device information, analytics data, user-generated content and as and where applicable, any AI generated content that may be created in connection with the Services.

Use of Personal Information

We use your Personal Information to provide, maintain, improve and validate your user status in respect of the Service(s) as follows:

Create and manage your account

Respond to support requests and communicate with you

Send important Service(s) updates and announcements

Support generation of AI images based on your prompts (via third-party AI services)

Marketing and promotion to share news, upgrades, additional applications or add-on services.

Location Data

Precise location data is collected, only with your explicit consent, for mileage and reporting purposes in connection with use of the Service(s).

Data Sharing

Use of your Personal Information is for legitimate business interests. We may share your Personal Information and data obtained in connection with the Service(s) with trusted third-party service providers as necessary and/or legal authorities as may be required by law. Please note that we do not sell or disclose any customer lists or email addresses lists to unrelated third parties.

Data Retention

Personal Information and data obtained in connection with the Service(s) is retained only as long as necessary for business and legal purposes.

Account Data: Retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period after deletion of your account (approximately one month), in compliance with applicable laws

Media Files: Receipts, graphics etc., stored while your account is active; deleted within a reasonable period after account termination

Transaction Records: Retained as required, in accordance with applicable tax and accounting laws and regulations

Support Tickets: Retained for customer service and quality assurance purposes and deleted within twelve (12) months.

Usage Logs: Retained for up to 12 months following issuance for analytics and security purposes

Your Rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your Personal Information.

Deletion: Request deletion of your account, data and Personal Information, subject to data retention requirements and for archival purposes

We will attempt to respond to each of your written requests not later than thirty (30) days after receipt of such requests. We will advise you in writing if we cannot meet your requests within this time limit. You have the right to make a complaint to the applicable Privacy Commissioner in respect of this time limit or any concerns you may have about this Policy.

Amoble applications are not intended for use by individuals under the age of majority in their respective residential jurisdictions. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with Personal Information, please contact us immediately.
