Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Amoble IT Services Inc. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms govern your access to and use of all applications, platforms, software, websites, and related services operated by the Company, including but not limited to Auto-SignFlow and Amoble Auto (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Description of Services

Amoble IT Services inc. provides all of the services on the following applications

Auto-SignFlow

Auto-SignFlow is a cloud-based digital signage platform allowing users to

Upload and manage media files (images, videos, and web content)

Generate AI-powered custom graphics

Create and manage content playlists

Configure and control media players across multiple displays

Design custom overlays with widgets (clock, weather, news, logos)

Pair and manage TV displays remotely

Amoble Auto

Amoble Auto is a mobile application designed to assist automobile drivers in tracking expenses, mileage, and vehicle-related data through manual input and automated location tracking.

Accounts and Security

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or your organization.

To use any of Amoble IT Services application, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information, including your business name, address, email, and phone number. You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials

Ensuring your account information remains accurate and up-to-date

Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account

Subscriptions, Fees, and Payments

Certain features of the Services are offered on a paid or subscription basis.

Billing & Payment All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your selected plan. You authorize us to charge your designated payment method for all applicable fees.

Auto-Renewal Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Refunds Due to the digital nature of our services, refunds are generally not provided. However, we may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis for exceptional circumstances. Please contact our support team for assistance.

Price Changes We reserve the right to modify our pricing. Any price changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance and will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Services, violate laws, infringe rights, or engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior.

Intellectual Property

Your Content You retain ownership of all content you upload to any amoble application. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

AI-Generated Content Images generated using our AI Image Generator feature are created using third-party AI services. You receive a license to use AI-generated images for your digital signage purposes. You are responsible for ensuring your use of AI-generated content complies with applicable laws.

Our Platform All Amoble Applications, including its design, features, functionality, and underlying code, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of our platform

Termination & Change to Terms

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately.

Change to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice. We are not liable for any service disruptions beyond our reasonable control.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.

Third-Party Services

Our Service integrates with third-party services including Stripe (payments), Google AI (image generation), weather APIs, and news APIs. Your use of these features is subject to the respective third-party terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability or accuracy of third-party services
